Another flat spell to start off the week, but we’ve got rideable surf coming next weekend. High pressure will dominate through Wednesday, but then a frontal system will pass and stall to our south, forming a weak low off the coast. Winds will shift NE Thursday and remain onshore through Saturday. Look for seas to start building Friday, peaking Saturday in the 3-4′ range from the E. Nothing to get too excited about, but definitely rideable surf in the waist-chest high+ range. Southerly flow returns Sunday coupled with little 2-3′ leftovers. Keep checking in all week in case this forecast changes. Have fun! TeddyD
Water is hovering between 60-63 so a 3/2 will do. The water will definitely warm up next weekend with that onshore flow!
